Ingredients
- 500ml Rolled oats
- 300ml Bran
- 25ml Cinnamon
- 250ml Fresh or frozen cranberries mixed with a touch of flour.
- 125ml Chopped walnuts
- 1 Egg
- 150ml Lukewarm water
- 100ml Labonté Blueberry Honey
Method
- Beat the egg and blend with water and honey.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add chopped nuts and cranberries.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Stir until moistened.
- Bake at 375oF for 20 to 30 minutes
