Chocolate, walnut and banana muffins : Makes 12 large muffins
Ingredients
500ml
Buttermilk
300ml
Rolled oats
60ml
Cocao
20ml
Vanilla Extract
150ml
Chopped walnuts
2
Medium size bananas, quartered and thinly sliced
1
Egg
150ml
Lukewarm water
100ml
Labonté Clover Honey
Method
Beat the egg and blend with water and honey.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add chopped nuts and bananas.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened.
Bake at 375oF for 20 to 30 minutes
