Ingredients
- 500ml Rolled oats
- 300ml Bran
- 30ml Cinnamon
- 20ml Nutmeg
- 150ml Chopped walnuts
- 250ml Cubed apples
- 150ml Strong cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 Egg
- 150ml Lukewarm water
- 100ml Labonté Blueberry Honey
Method
- Beat the egg and blend with water and honey.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add chopped nuts, apple and cheese.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Stir until moistened.
- Bake at 375oF for 20 to 30 minutes
